I don't think that the same surname always represents a marital union and strengthens the bonds between a couple. There are many couples who are not legally married but live together. They need each other. They think that their partners are as important as anyone who has the same family name. What is more important and necessary for a couple than having the same name is to have a relaxed and happy relationship. The same surname is simply one of the options for a couple. The most important thing for a couple is that they are living together.

A例 Everyone around the world knows the terrible effect of atomic bombs. It was unnecessary to drop them two times then. There are many victims of atomic bombs who are continuing to showing us a living proof of inhumane effects of nuclear weapons more than fifty years since the World War II ended, however, nuclear weapons are still being used and produced. If the atomic bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki were warning to the world, they have to take responsibility for not being able to stop to the use of nuclear weapons.

B例 I don't think that English is a dead language in Japan, because examination-oriented teaching will work as a basis for the conversation in English. We cannot make a conversation without the knowledge of English vocaburary and grammar. Studying for the entrance examination makes us to acquire the necessary knowledge of written English very efficiently in a relatively limited time. By the time we graduate from high school, we have basic English knowledge. When we enter universities and go abroad to study, we can learn communicative English more rapidly than anyone who do not have a basic grammar knowledge. So I think English examinations is provinding us an opportunity and motivation to study formal English.
