Dear Tom:
Hi! How are you? It gets hotter in Japan.
You are in summer vacation, aren't you? I have still few days to go have school. I had some exams. It is difficult for me
to take exams in Japanese. So I tried to
cheat at exams. I was sure that cheating didn't come out. I didn't expect that I would be caught cheating
on exams but I did. But it did. I'm very upset. I freaked out! (upsetはangry の意味で使う。「パニッくった」というような口語的な意味でfreak
outを使うと良い)What should I do? How do you think? Hope
to hear from you soon. John.
(Reply)
Dear John:
That's too bad. Cheer up! Don't worry. I
did the same. But I tempted corrupted the teacher with a bribe, then it worked. He allowed let me pass. So you should try this way. I think Japanese
teachers are more permissive generous than Americans. Good luck! Tom
